Principal

Mrs. Van Der Linde is a transformational leader who is continuously shaping the Distance Education environment of BMT College, ever since its inception in 1990. She has obtained her Master’s degree in Business Management (HRM) to ensure that her focus on the research and development of qualifications remains people orientated, current and relevant for a new generation of job seekers.

J.J.J. Poolman

Vice-Principal

Mr. Poolman is an avid driver of organisational change towards the digital frontier. With a Master’s degree in Business Administration, he specialises in systems design and development. As an active council member of the NADEOSA, his core focus is to ensure that BMT College remains at the forefront of technological advancement and current distance education practices while complying with CHE accreditation and DHET registration requirements.

M. Turner

Financial Director

Mrs. Turner has revolutionised the College’s administrative student support functions since joining BMT College in 2007. She lives the College mission through her incessant enhancement of skills and knowledge as she continues her journey. She oversees the College’s accounting practices and ensures the affordability of student fees and payment structures, while complying with NCR requirements.

Mrs. Auths’ career spans both the academic and corporate environments, ensuring that she understands the integral balance between the world of work and academic learning. She obtained a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology and leads an exceptional team of academics. She is responsible for ensuring the quality of programme offerings, student support and academic excellence that sets BMT College apart from other institutions.
