About the Health and Safety in South Africa
Health and Safety is a legal requirement in every organisation. The Parliament approved The Act, known as the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993 (Act 85, 1993) which consists of 50 sections. It is directed by the Inspections and Enforcement Services Branch of the Occupational Health and Safety of the Department of Labour.
