The Introduction to Legal Studies covers a wide portfolio of legal concepts within the South African context. The course will introduce you to general topics of the law.

What the course will teach you
The course covers your personal legal rights and laws that are binding on you as an individual. You will learn to understand that signing legal contracts and agreements one may enter into and the different legal requirements and consequences that may transpire from entering into certain legal transactions. The differences between civil and criminal law, as well as the various other classifications of the law will also be covered, leaving you informed about the law.
