What is project management?
Project management is the active practice of administrating specific actions and tasks at specific times during a process of building and executing a plan. In it’s essence, the main objective of a Project Manager is to use their proficiency to regulate these tasks on a timelime.
A project in its own respect is a provisional task or undertaking of a problem to be solved usually by a group. For a project manager, this event requires a positive attitude combined with excellent listening and communication skills.
